Right of Withdrawal from the Contract

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason (consumer information).

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the User acquired the item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the User acquired the item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform about your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or email) to the issuer of the invoice or receipt, namely:

  • the point of sale (Inter Cars Store or Partner Workshop)

Consequences of Withdrawal from the Contract
In the case of withdrawal from the contract, all payments received from the customer, including the costs of delivering the goods (excluding additional costs resulting from the customer's choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest ordinary delivery method), will be refunded immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which the customer decided to exercise the right of withdrawal from this contract.

The return must be made immediately, and in any case, no later than 14 days from the day on which the issuer of the VAT invoice/receipt was informed of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if the item is sent back before the 14-day period expires.
The refund will be made using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless explicit consent has been given for a different solution; in any case, the customer does not incur any fees in connection with this refund. The service will withhold the refund of payments received by the User until the goods are returned or until the User provides proof of their return, whichever occurs first.
The User bears the direct costs of returning the goods in the amount of the postage fee for shipping the goods. The amount of these costs depends on the carrier's tariff.
