Returns
Within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment, you can cancel the purchase without giving any reason and return the purchased product to us (consumer information). Remember that as a user (customer), you bear the direct costs of returning the goods, equal to the shipping fee.
Report a return

Use the return form – if you made a purchase as a logged-in customer, make sure to log in before opening the return form.

You can also use the withdrawal form from the contract and send it to the email [email protected].

Return the product

Within 14 days from reporting the return, for orders with courier delivery, delivery to parcel locker, or personal pickup at Inter Cars Store:

  • Send the return product with your chosen courier to the corresponding Inter Cars sales office from which the product was issued (include the purchase invoice and completed return form).

  • Return the product using the transport organized by Inter Cars to the corresponding sales office (include the purchase invoice and completed return form). The cost of this service is 5 EUR per shipment and will be deducted from the refund.

  • Personally deliver the return product to the corresponding Inter Cars sales office from which the product was issued (include the purchase invoice and completed return form).

NB! When returning by courier service, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipment is packaged in such a way that the goods are not damaged during transport. Inter Cars reserves the right to refuse the return or make deductions for any damages.

For orders with installation at the workshop, the returned product must be delivered to the service (workshop) where it was purchased within 14 days of reporting the return.

Receive a payment refund

The payment refund will be made using the same payment methods used in the original transaction (unless explicit consent has been given for another solution). Payment refund may be withheld until the receipt of the goods or until the proof of its return is delivered (whichever occurs earlier).

Complaints
If the product you received does not match the order, is incomplete, does not work, or is damaged, please initiate the complaint process. We will provide you with the correct product or refund your money.
Fill out the complaint form

Use the complaint form. Then, attach the completed form with proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) to the shipped goods.

Send the claimed product

The claimed product (along with proof of purchase and completed complaint form) for orders with courier delivery, delivery to parcel locker, or personal pickup at Inter Cars Store:

Await contact

Within a maximum of 14 business days, we will inform you about the further process of the complaint. Depending on the detected defect, the goods will be repaired, replaced with a new one, or we will refund the purchase price.
