Delivery Time
Delivery times are approximate and may change. Inter Cars' store constantly strives to inform customers about the expected delivery date.
For items available in 48 hours, 72 hours, 3-5 days, 7-14 days, or over 14 days, the time is indicated from the moment of placing the order until the item is sent from the organizer's warehouse (to the selected workshop, Inter Cars store, or by courier). The delivery time information shown above does not apply to these order fulfillment times. Items with these specified fulfillment times are shipped from foreign warehouses, and the organizer has the right to cancel the order if the ordered item is not available.

Courier Service
Orders are delivered only within the territory of Estonia.
The above-mentioned delivery fees do not apply to heavy or large items, the delivery cost of which is calculated separately (displayed in the order summary).
Once the shipment has been dispatched, a notification will be sent to the recipient's email address. If the recipient is not present, the courier will leave a notification. The courier is not obligated to contact the customer by phone and will make two attempts to deliver the shipment. In case of two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the shipment will be left at the storage terminal.
When ordering chemical or flammable materials, the organizer may refuse to deliver the goods to the home by courier.
All our shipments are insured. This means that you don't need to worry about the shipment getting lost, and you won't lose money. In case of a lost shipment, we will resend the item at our expense.

Orders are delivered only to Venipak pickup points and parcel lockers in the territory of Estonia.

- Personal Pickup from Inter Cars Store
Orders are delivered only to Inter Cars stores in the territory of Estonia.
When the order is ready for pickup, the recipient will be notified via email. The item awaits pickup for 72 hours (3 days) from the moment of sending the notification.
