Total Lubrifiants and Inter Cars Capital Group extend their strategic partnership

Total Lubrifiants, a global leader in the lubricants market and the Inter Cars Group, the largest importer and distributor of spare parts for passenger cars and commercial vehicles in Central and Eastern Europe, signed the contract extension of their strategic partnership in Europe which began in 2018.

Historically the partnership of both companies covered the domestic market in Poland. It was then extended to other countries in Central and Eastern Europe. Under the agreement, Total Lubrifiants was able to promote and sell all its automotive lubricants in the entire network of Inter Cars which covers 500 subsidiaries located in 17 countries. On the other hand, the agreement gave to Inter Cars the opportunity to offer high-quality products to individual markets and to guarantee efficient deliveries.

“The contract extension strengths our relationship with Total Lubrifiants in Central and Eastern Europe. The activities carried out so far with the TOTAL brand have shown that the formula of this cooperation works well, and our customers appreciate the wide availability of the highest quality products. Inter Cars always puts the greatest emphasis on product availability and service quality and our long-term cooperation with Total Lubrifiants gives us these guarantees” - said Maciej Oleksowicz, CEO of Inter Cars SA.

The distribution network of Inter Cars will offer among other Total’s flagship lubricant TOTAL QUARTZ which is designed for all types of vehicles and which protects vehicle engines against mechanical wear, even under the most extreme conditions.

“We are pleased to have signed this contract extension, which sets the framework for our extensive partnership with Inter Cars in the coming years. Our companies share common goal of being close to our customers and providing the best possible services. This is the basis of our success, first in Poland and then in other Central and Eastern European countries. We do believe that this European partner is and will remain a great added value for the entire automotive industry” - said Nicolas Leblond, Managing Director of Total Polska.
